I made an appointment two weeks in advance in December for a dental cleaning and exam. On the day of my appointment, I called to confirm, only to find out that I did not have an appointment at all.
I decided to give the office another chance and rescheduled a month later.
Unfortunately, the same exact thing happened again. There was no appointment on file for two people at the time I specifically requested and confirmed.
To make matters worse, the person on the phone had the AUDACITY to say that there was no dental hygienist available, so they could “just do the exam today.” That is not what I scheduled, and not what I paid for.
This office clearly has serious issues with scheduling, communication, and respect for patients’ time. I rearranged my schedule twice for appointments that apparently never existed. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I will not be returning and do not recommend this office to anyone who values their time.
