Guarantee
Dental first Care provides a guarantee in all the treatments, aligned with the prevailing based on state-of-the-art health care institutions. Due to the dynamic process of health/disease, it is not possible to establnish a single, homogeneous guarantee for all types of treatment, since this unstable dynamic is influenced by both patient and treatment factors, in addition to environmental factors.
The guarantee covers all FINISHED treatments carried out by our DFC professionals in varying degrees determined by the nature of the treatment and the specialty. In addition, patients must attend the corresponding controls indicated by the specialist.
Treatment abandoned without completion, treatments performed on patients who do not attend their scheduled check-ups or do not follow the indications given by the professional for the care of the treatment are not covered by the guarantee.
Finally, patients who present problems with any of the treatments performed at Dental First Care, must first consult the branch office to solve the problem and go through a clinical control directed by the technical director. Otherwise, if they go to another center where part or all of the treatments performed or started are involved, the guarantee will be lost and there will be no refunds.
